4/20 - Announcing Summer Event Schedule + Spring Update

As the soil warms up, the fields are prepared for May planting, with some plots already growing with potatoes, garlic, onion, and winter wheats. In the grain processing building, “The Clipper” (grain cleaner) is ready for 2,000 lbs of work! The New American Mill is in the final stages of completion. When the mill arrives, we’ll plug it in and grind. Soon, we will have 3 lbs bags of White Sonoran wheat flour available.

Owl Peak Farm welcomes Chloë, Niko, and Payton for the 2021 summer season. Chloë is working on product development and glorious farm-cooked foods with Niko. Payton is managing landscapes and creating a tropical greenhouse wonderland with citrus, passionfruit, figs, ginger, and strawberries.

This spring we welcomed Pintito, a foal, and in mid-May 25 new chicks will arrive. Owl Peak Farm Eggs are available at Bread Shop in Santa Fe.
