Heritage, an ancient grain, organic, grown over the years at Owl Peak Farm. Available as wheat berries (entire unprocessed wheat kernel) or stone ground for flour. Nutritious & delicious. A light, yellowish white flour with a slightly sweet taste. Being lower in protein, it’s perfect for tortillas and pastries, makes fabulous pancakes.
